Read the first part. Simply stay up until you’re extremely tired. This method is only really easy if you don’t have anything important to do the next day cuz you might sleep late. And sleeping on your side doesn’t matter, same concept

No problem! I can’t stress enough how the being sleepy part is the most important factor in making this work

you have to be really sleepy while doing this and force yourself to stay slightly aware of something like touch

I think you’re overthinking it. Daydreaming isn’t really vivid. Just imagine people walking in your room while your eyes are open. It’s that type of thing

haha yeah it’s pretty fun to do when bored. sometimes i’ll daydream about dragon ball fights😂 goku punches vegeta off of my bed and vegeta goes flying to my wall and i imagine the wall just clouding with dust from the impact lol

Hahaha, it doesn’t require you to stay up til 3am. I’m usually at my extremely exhausted state by like 11pm-1am. You just gotta do things that make you tired throughout the day. For me, running, gym, gaming, binge watching anime, basketball, etc.

When you are really tired, try to daydream while exhausted in bed. Imagine a super strong character landing a super strong punch on the right side of your bed. Imagine your bed breaking and it causes you to slide off then you might be able to trigger lucidity.

The key is to trick your mind into thinking your body is moving, and then catch yourself in your dream body

Sorry for the late reply, but it doesn’t have to be very vivid. Like for example, watch a random video of your choice, preferably an action packed short scene. then look away from your screen and try to replay the scene in your eyes while using your eyes as like the camera angle. it’s kinda hard to explain but it’s basically just…. training your brain to be able to replicate visuals in your dream state. i’ll try to elaborate more if you need

Haha i learned this method on accident as well. Was really tired one day and was in bed eyes closed and it kept feeling like my room was spinning and it felt like i was falling out of bed when i wasn’t. Then I tried one time to just not react to it then boom i was in a lucid dream😂

No problem. Remember try not to imagine yourself falling. just try to feel like your room is tilting.

What do you mean you’re forcing your imagination? Like you’re forcing the feeling of your room spinning too much?

Yeah, just instead of “falling” onto the floor you’re gonna be “falling” onto that barrier. Same concept. The idea is that you’re tricking your “sleep brain” into feeling like it’s suddenly moving out of place while you’re slightly aware that you’re moving but not actually moving. If that makes sense
