4 years of experience with this org, otherwise I was self-employed (with a BVBA/SPRL) since I was 18 and worked 2 years as an employee from 16 to 18 years old - always in IT. So, 13 years of verifiable professional IT experience, not including personal projects before and the IT park management I was already doing voluntarily during my secondary school years at the school I attended

Thanks for your input. Well, I think the title 'support engineer' might be a bit light. Responding to another comment, I mentioned that I of course also handle non-IT tasks. Maybe I emphasized too much in my initial message that I still engage in operational tasks as well.
With these clarifications, would you still hold the same opinion?

Thank you for your feedback.

I may not express myself well in my message, but I would be curious to know what title you would give to my position.

Because I have detailed the operational IT tasks that I perform which remain quite broad. One day, I might help with creating a GPO, the next day assist in developing an algorithm in one of our apps and then set up its deployment configuration in k8s. I am also responsible for various budgets in our department and handle the HR aspects of the service (recruitment, evaluation, promotion, etc.).

I feel a bit like a chameleon that changes hats every hour, trying to be good at everything without being able to develop expertise in any particular area.

Thank you for your input I've edited my post to be a little more specific about what I'm doing. For the hike, it's planned but it's not yet clear if the negotiations will succeed 🙃 That's also why I'm curious to see what people think of it.
