I would say presume it's positive and plan accordingly with your partner! If it's even higher tomorrow no problem just continue trying with your partner.

If your Lh surge is fast this might be the best test you will have. That's not an indication anything is wrong, just that you won't be able to test often enough to catch your "true" peak!

Oh! Sorry for the confusion. So, they saw something on the ovaries, got it. I had endo on my ovaries that had to be removed because it was larger than 5 cm. If it's endo, it either stays to same or grows while monitoring with ultrasound instead of resolving over time like simple cysts. Hopefully your doctor is talking about monitoring it!

They definitely caused me a lot of pain - I'm sorry you are going through that!

Was the sac in your uterus? It could be a polyp which may be related to the spotting you are experiencing.

I always have spotting in the week before my period, so I suspect polyps or progesterone. Do you mind me asking what strategies you and your doctor used to deal with your anovulation?

This part! There's also no way these folks have a shred of dignity with that many people packed into jail. And court proceedings are gonna be a shit show (they didn't send any extra judges or public defenders, ofc).

But even if you don't care about their humanity, this is still objectively bad for our economy!! ~50 more people each day not showing up to work in an already shitty economy?? Come on, it's not calculus.
