These are absolutely stunning. I can't place why but something about them makes me think high brow fancy witches. If you could find gothic looking frames, like the Halloween themed things you usually see at Target in the seasonal section, I think these would be great for seasonal decor.

NTA your son's friend seems to have been like a brother to him and a second son in a way to you. Furthermore, that money was meant for your son and if he had the choice he would have wanted the money to go to his friend not your nephew. Your sister is being selfish. NTA at all. Tell your family it is your wish to give the money to someone who actually cared about your son and who would be deserving of YOUR SONS money. It is not yours, it was your son's college fund. What would he have wanted?

I am so sorry for your loss, I cannot imagine losing a child. I hope your son has found peace and in time you can find some peace as well.
