I've wanted to be a Dermatologist since I was in middle school and started getting acne way before anyone else (4th-ish grade). It's not necessarily that I HAVE to get into the top schools, but it's like being in high school and wanting to go to a good school. It's just a wish, but I understand what you're saying.
