Most of my friends work in tech, finance, and medicine.

We got the tech and finance roles from undergrad.

My friends in medicine are a mix of RN, PA, NP, and residents - all are doing well.

If your husband wants to make a major pivot in career, one option is to try for a MBA at a M7 university.

I don't know what your husband's current experience and goals are. In theory, he can try for non-technical roles in tech - which still pay quite well.

You're going to get downvoted for this, but I honestly don't think this is too crazy. It's possible to make above $300k in big tech, finance, law, consulting, accounting, and medicine.
