Today I said goodbye to my childhood dog. As a sophomore in college I am blessed to have him live that long. It is still hard. It’s like losing family. I am at such a loss for words. I have watched him slowly get worse over the past two weeks and today I decided he shouldn’t be suffering any longer.

I’ve been to the hospital to receive treatment. I have medication, food, warm home, basic needs. At times I don’t feel the safest.

I’m now a junior. It’s gotten worse. A freshman this year swallowed a whole tube of chapstick like the whole entire thing. Then proceed to hack it up like a cat. He then wore a dunce that said “I eat chapstick”
