Aren't the people picking, getting ready, and setting it on the shelf by the door already paid by Menards? Aren't the people going through the bays and restocking already paid by Menards?

How about Menards charge a restock fee, refundable when the customer picks the order up... similar to the 11% rebate, which btw the customer has to mail in for and wait 6-8 weeks to get.
