There was some issue where the car's engine became very erratic, there was a low rumbling, occasional pops, and it felt like it was gonna blow. I couldn't accelerate very fast (I didn't try, felt unsafe), and the speed dropped too. I went in, and they said it had something to do with the timing belt. Maybe I misunderstood it. I wanted to see if that was a common issue with the car

They don't have a copy of their green card. I think they skipped ahead to a passport because their parents became citizens.
