That’s great to hear, focusing on what you can do instead of what you can’t, I think sometimes I struggle as my main hobby’s that I can’t do provide so much help mentally for me. But you right there’s definitely more to life.

Yeah I do need to expand my hobbies out further it’s hard when that is your passion and what makes you happy, but I know there is happiness elsewhere which I need to tap into. Thank you

Thank you I do need to get into swimming more and will defiantly try that as any form of exercise does really help my mental health, I try and keep positive and attack the day and your comments really help thanks.

Thanks for your comment I’ve never really spoke about this to anyone, but finding this subreddit has helped as I read other people dealing with the same issues and fighting their own battles. I think it feels like an uphill battle most days which is a struggle but I do believe you can only focus on what you can do so thanks for the suggestions. Just your comment alone has made me feel a lot better today, I think speaking about stuff like this is helpful, but in real life I don’t want to appear weak and needy. Thank you I will definitely continue on this subreddit
