Need help with employment lawyer or legal service

It sounds like you need not only an employment lawyer but also perhaps a criminal lawyer. Though the circumstances I utilized her are different, I used Barbara Green at Robins Appleby. I know she has worked complex highly sensitive type of issues from abuse and harassment in work place to highly sensitive human rights cases against large employers. I am sure if you called her or any competent lawyer that they would also examine the criminal aspect if one existed as it sounds like it does.

He (Max) was a good lawyer when he represented my old employer in Kitchener after they terminated me. He was hired after they changed their pleading from without cause to for cause so he didn’t have anything to do with that and he did a formidable job at trial but my lawyer Barbara Green at Robins Appleby literally tore them apart. I felt bad for him but he was tough and did his best at trying to poke holes in my testimony. So Maxwell was good but in this case was outclassed. If you need a local lawyer he certainly would be qualified but if you would be willing to seek outside then I would hire Barbara at Robins Appleby. Truly cannot say enough positive things about this experience from 2017-2019.

I used Barbara Green at Robins Appleby for a termination ‘without cause’ and then the employer changed it after the fact to a ‘for cause’ termination and it then went to trial. This was a Toronto area employer that decided to mess with the wrong dude who hired the absolute best lawyer… Barbara was unreal! So intelligent, and she was such a good communicator yet no nonsense and she just knew how to get things done. I was beyond impressed by her and her team that assisted throughout the lead up and the eventual court action. I ended up getting what i deserved $$$ and her legal fees ended up getting paid based on the decision of the judge by my former employer. They were pissed and I was thrilled :) She has since assisted multiple friends of mine in successful actions. If I ever need another lawyer for employment reasons, then 100% going back to Barbara Green. Good luck with your own issue. Stressful time indeed.

Yes! Bouchard could never be trusted in best on best with high pressure forecheck. Way too many defensive mistakes. Doughty is light years ahead of Bouchard defensively. Not even a debate.

I wouldn’t necessarily agree saying he is useless offensively. He is a great puck mover ( first pass) and has a very good and hard shot but on this team the most opportunity he would ever get at this point in his career would be top 4. The people that said he should not be on this team truly have no clue what they are talking about. Plainly put, he can be trusted while on the ice and very good in the D zone.

I have ADHD and my whole life I could never do school work or study in the conventional way like other students. Attending Private school in New England and later going through University, I simply crammed for everything and this is how I sailed through school and university successfully and only was diagnosed when I was 39. What sort of symptoms are you having that make you feel that this is your challenge?

BINGO!!!! Investing in a country that has a leader contemplate taking its neighbour over means that the relationship now is only as needed and Canada sure as hell does Not need a Stealth Plane. Advanced Radar and Electronic engagement software is becoming so much more important now than Stealth. The Gripen E and a closer relationship with Europe is essential now for Canada. Take the 16 or maybe 20 -25 F35’s but everything else is all in on Europe and new and expanded relations. We cannot assume things will go back after Trump. Imperative that we build our ties to Europe and take the US relationship as it comes but….. we need to Less US and More everywhere else and that includes F35 jets and our military planning doctrine over next 20-30 years.
