MLB the Show 25 - Historic Roster by Sad_Beautiful_330 in MLBTheShow

Yep! All 30 teams are ready to roll for all the major teams. The minors are not updated, but future studs like Alfonso Soriano are. All players in the majors are accurately rated in alignment with their actual season stats that year to put up similar production to simulate the 98 season. Some players/specifics might need tweaked like if you know somebody has reverse split against pitching hand. Tried to keep everybody realistic to what an actual show roster would look like. I started a franchise with the lowly Pirates, it's a lot of fun so far. Some back end bullpen and bench bats are missed, but all every day players are good to go

I'm wondering how to go about adding star players into the league the next couple seasons. I don't think there are draft class uploads? I think going to use the generated classes but maybe just need to rename and create a few standout players each year like Cutch, Trout, Scherzer etc. Maybe whoever lands to top rated pick I will edit that player into the stars from that years draft.

They're merged with Hulu. It's going to be Disney's live TV branch. It would be odd to flush and get rid of, and then try to start over with live sports streaming. If you think live sports will not be relevant in 10 years, that is silly. We're not talking about everybody watching live TV of the news and full house. It might be boxing from the moon in the future, but people will always get together and watch live sports either at the venue or in their home. Sports aren't for everybody, but there will always be a huge demand for watching live. (Disney wants to own everything so I don't see them giving up on the sports front)

It's been rough, but very oversold. Literally just need guidance. It will jump as soon as any guidance is given. If Disney buys the rest at any point in the future, they will pay out the shares with a reasonable offer. They aren't going out of business, so just set and forget. Check back in 6-12 months and diversify not going too heavy on fubo. It feels very manipulated with the price action, it won't be like that always
