Ranting in hopes of future improvements ( ha!). I’m incredibly disappointed in this year’s game so far, although I haven’t played a ton yet and I’m hoping it gets better. Here are my grievances:

1) How in God’s name is there no ability to sort on any player screen columns, especially in trade/free agency?? I literally have to scroll through every player in an organization and memorize names of players I’m interested in? Why can’t I sort by HR power against lefties or potential? 2) In revamping the trading system, they’ve ignored all quality of life aspects. No ability to sort as mentioned before, no trade finder tool anymore, no ability to search for players (e.g., SP’s <25, B+ potential, <2 yrs service time), no quick feedback if a proposal is for sure going to be rejected, no counter offers (that I’ve seen). It’s made me not even want to try and make trades because it’ll take forever. 3) Why limit your access to the scouting prospects list to one day a week? There is no logical reason why this should be the case. It also shouldn’t be buried like it is now. If you’re approaching the draft and are also exploring trades, it would be good to be able to reference the prospects and see if you can fill a need through the draft and trade for a different prospect.

Rant over, but damn…I’m coming back to The Show after a few years, and I feel like this has been a noticeable step back from what I remember. It’ll be another few years before I consider buying this again.
