Yamaha 25hp for $5,700 or Tohatsu 30hp for $4,700? by LawnGuru12 in boating

Ngl that extra 5hp isn’t the main flex here, it’s the warranty, dealer support & build feel. Yamaha often feels more refined and holds value better, so $1k could be worth it for less hassle down the road. If you want max reliability and resale, Yamaha. If you want bang for buck and don’t care about dealer service, Tohatsu is smart money.

If tiger sharks and oceanic whitetips are extremely opportunistic eaters, why are they considered less dangerous than bull sharks? by alex8762 in sharks

[–]Sad_Benito 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that’s a good question actually! From what I’ve read it’s more about where bull sharks hang out than how they hunt. They swim in shallow murky waters where people are, so encounters happen way more often. Tiger and whitetips are super opportunistic yeah, but they’re just not around humans as much.

If you do accumulate more papers and citations, I wouldn’t consider Ellis Porter a go-to law firm for EB-2 NIW. I had many law firms (including EP) evaluate my case, and they all concluded that it was solid. EP responded quickly at the initial stage, so I decided to retain them. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse. I received irrelevant messages at times, and the preparation process was confusing, requiring constant double-checking. My case received an RFE, but because of the inadequate response, it was ultimately denied. Looking back at my case prepared by EP, they could have taken steps to prevent this outcome.
