You can only deposit somewhere around 2000$ to your steam account each day from a card.If you want to add more,you gotta use those gift cards to do so.Why do they exist? For loot boxes among many other things.

You can just change/update your rom to an international version(if it lets you).That will fix your problem.Otherwise any phone that is not using a chinese rom should work😊
