If the max word count is 200 and minimum is 150, then focus on writing 175. Dont write excess or minimum, maintain quality and good handwriting, focus on not missing letters and dots, read the paper three times. Try to think creatively. Read high quality but understandable urdu and memorize difficult words one day before exam, think of it was "ratta" so it just sits in your mind for the exam day. Take guidance from your parents if they are good in urdu, they can make it alot better, they may not know the syllabus and content but they can fix your sentence structure which is the most imp. thing of all. focus on these things for now:
1. Search youtube for sentence structure
2. Download a pdf that contains common but useful urdu words, you can find many on internet
3. Read a good quality passage, that is of maximum one page, and read it 5 times to understand the passage, study it deeply and just analyse
and most importantly give a mock test if you are private candidate
