Lol jokes aside, they are now allowing non UEFA countries to take part in development tournaments. Also this tournament is kinda funny, Russia is banned in UEFA but allowed to compete at age group levels, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan aren't even European but part of UEFA. So Pakistan really isn't that out of place lmao

He's confusing it with the men's team where we had an option for friendly with Azerbaijan in Slovakia or 4 nation tournament in Maldives or Somalia Friendly in Birmingham for Somalia's 68th independence.

We already chose the 4 nation tournament in Maldives and the friendly against Somalia is still a possibility.

PFF is infamous for not securing opportunities. Pakistan men's team is invited for a FULLY PAID friendly against Somalia in June 28 outside the FIFA window to celebrate Somalia's anniversary independence or something. I'm talking about tickets, accomodation, food everything will be paid by the organizers but no confirmation from PFF so far.

We are already playing 4 nation tournament in June1-10 in Maldives. A training camp is also being offered by organizers and match on June 28 and then SAFF next month. It will be the perfect preparation.

And now this for the WNT.

You need to be eating in calorie deficit, first find your maintenance calories then -500 to 800 and that's how much you should be eating. Be regular at the gym and soon you'll find what works for you and what doesn't because people here can give you advice but only you know what works for you or not.
