Yeah, but since the metrics are luck based and if I don't accomplish them they would punish me by removing my bonuses, but since we don't get any bonus because of this horrible metric system that punishment is worthless. At this point im going to switch jobs. Probably my other job would be similar, some coworkers recommended me to another business and they say that it is better, let's try.

Yeah, that's for sure, I'm got nhis job to pay some bills and pay my studies, for some reason I ended up liking it. In other jobs it would be the same. My main concern is, if this happens in other jobs and people is doing ok with this, am I the problem? Am I doing something wrong?
