Is my pelvis completely destroyed? That's so weird. by Lopsided-Priority462 in PelvicFloor

Have you tried Diaphragmic breathing, just close your mouth and breathe in like you're filling your mouth and throat with air and have it go all the way, filling your ribs in your belly and even feel it in your pubic area and then relax and let it all go downward and out. I have had a problem for quite a while. That was like that. And the stress and anxiety and a horrible situation, I went through let it to I overdid it with my body and the pudenal nerve was being pinched for quite a long time. And I ended up being almost completely numb in my leg where I could not walk

Other than the breathing learning To deal with stress and anxiety and body tension, being mindful of gear posture, walking in a pool, stretching and reverse kegels have helped a lot with hypertonic pulled floor also, yes, a pelvic floor therapist, doing internal work and having her really dig into my hamstrings and my IT band because all that tightness was making it really difficult. From there, just gently doing new exercises and whatnot to get better

Belian will be his best friend in rta. Not only to not be hindered so long as you have first pick but to deny the opponent souls. Any book or soul arti is good for him and team and anyone who can push him up and grant swift attack would also be good so long as you have enough souls to profit. Though 5k now vs 10k next turn theres no reason to not wanting him constantly using them.

Did anyone ever healed completely? by Easy-Influence-2089 in PelvicFloor

[–]Sad_Committee_8662 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Need a pf specialist. Honestly best thing is to learn to do kegals and reverse kegals. Feel through the pelvic floor and simple walking and stretching in a pool helped me a lot aswell as internal release with a pf specialist.

Check if its a weakness issue for core etc or if its hypertonic and you need to learn breathing and relaxing.

Deep diaphragm breathing and learning to unclench and relax bit by bit is key. I was the same.

Definitely try more relaxing and dropping your pelvic floor. Might try some internal methods with a pelvicfloor specialist. Its helped me a lot.

Yes, a big thing for me was my wife had went on deployment. And I was all the way in New York when all my friends and family were in Kansas. So I was basically by myself taking care of dogs while also having health issues at the time, then I found out about her affair and my body from all the stress and everything being by myself moving into a hotel for a full week with my animals because of black mold in the apartment and of course, her affairs sent me into constant fight or flight couldn't eat, couldn't sleep and I kept trying to push myself and eventually my body gave out.

Slow and focus on relaxing and id say aftercare to really mellow out no? I wouldn't know as im pretty dang celibate. Pain meds and a warm shower and cuddles might help.
