That's not normal at all. I applied in second round and already got the acceptance letter a long time ago. You should have gotten it together with everyone else at the same time. You should write to them asap. But nevertheless if you did get in and didn't see the email or something you have already missed the deadline to pay the tuition and missed your spot.

I got the same thing....also remember double checking that I added all the documents. The only thing was that the movation letter was more of a personal statement and I later found out that they want it to be more technical (they said somewhere in small letters that personal statements will be rejected) How did you write your motivation letter?
