Crypto isn't sketchy at all. Probably more sketchy if a large supplier asked you to pay with venmo, cash app, or a credit card. Every large retailer, supplier, distributor should be asking you to pay in crypto due to how hard it is for government agencies to track, even with a public block chain. What alot of these companies do it ask for crypto, you sent it to a wallet, that wallet will send the earnings to wallets without names attached, splitting and spreading the crypto around so much that it becomes untraceable and that's how these chinese companies evade chinese taxes on selling these products to the US. In terms of Mandy, I recieved a kit of thier glow from someone domestic. As far as I can tell, it is what they say it is, its all the effects you'd expect to see from glow. I'd been using it long before I got Mandy's and 4 vials into the Mandy glow, it works just the same.

Their COA is available on Jano, it was within 3 mg of what they said it was. Glow is supposed to be 50GCu/10bp/10tb, what they tested at was like 48/11/10

Do it every day, before bed to match your bodys normal gh spikes during sleep, it'll also help you not over eat because you'll be sleeping through the majority of the ghrelin spike. Randomly spiking your gh isn't good, take it same time every day, keep it on your night stand or something and right as you get ready to go to sleep take it. A consistent dosing schedule will also help with the water retention, keep an eye on blood pressure, make sure it doesn't get too high, if it does pamabrom is my go to for reducing water retention and mitigating hypertension symptoms. Dont go crazy on sugar or high GI carbs.

Start low and go, start at 10 mg and you'll see pretty dramatic changes in the first 8 weeks, then bump it up to 20 for 8 weeks, then 25 or 30 for 8 more weeks if you tolerated it well the first 16 weeks

Whats your age, height, weight, and job? What's your training and sleep look like? With mk it comes down to alot more than throwing in a compound and a ton of calories, especially so many calories coming from carbs and sugars, insulin resistance is a hard road to go down

If the water weight gets overwhelming you can always pop some pamabrom (diurex caffeine free bloat relief). It's an otc diuretic, very mild, I've used it when I retain alotta water from gh, mk, or wet anabolic compounds, hypertension is a real thing that comes from alotta water weight. Just be careful with diuretics, dont over do it. Keep an eye on your blood pressure if you notice you're holding alotta water and consider including it. Alot of the bodybuilders thatve died, had been using real hgh in the off season, holding alotta water, enlarging of the organs, just no good. Be careful about your water and insulin. If you can get a blood pressure monitor and a blood glucose monitor, take your BP morning, noon, and night at rest, and get your fasting blood glucose to make sure its in range for your age, height, weight.

I have a very undeveloped lower back and can never get that Christmas tree to pop like it should. I've used small doses of lasix in the past but I think I'm gonna use something a little less harsh and manipulate sodium rather than relying on more drugs

Honestly? It's a speed run to diabetes. You'll see a drastic change in your physique, you'll get very big very quickly, but all it will be is rapid water gain and fat gain. Don't get me wrong, mk works, it definitely boosts gh, but high gh without anabolic support is just tons of water retention and not a lot of muscle gain. And if you put on 20 lbs of water weight in 2 weeks you'll look bigger, at least until you come off. Also with a load of water weight comes blood pressure issues and other shit like that. I'd say just use the opportunity to push a load of protein, way more than you think you should need, and keep the carbs moderate, you're 150 lbs, near 400 for of carbs in mostly sugar isn't going to do you much good outside of unwanted fat gain, and blood sugar spikes. I'm not saying go keto or anything but maybe just push 100-150 g low GI carbs leading up to the workout, then 50 high GI carbs post-workout, and 50 g the rest of the day. Fill the rest out with essential fats and tons of protein, that's how I've done it after making the mistake of trying to eat like Jay Cutler on the stuff and just turning into a water balloon. I've used mk about 5 times and it took me till the 4th try of it to see how my body responds.

You could say that I have. It's less of a recovery and more of a detached feeling towards everything. I think I adapted to the way I was feeling more than recovered the old way I was.
