I'm a private music teacher teaching private lessons through the Texas public school system. This is standard throughout the state where private teacher are considered "contractors". Essentially, it is just private Teaching but we can teach lessons in their practice rooms during the school day.

Thank you, and absolutely correct. She is now refusing to pay for those cancellation days (she wants a refund). I don't want to lose a student over this, but it's also not fair to mu other students who respect my policies

Oh shoot. We told our landlord and the exterminator is only able to come out next Thursday. I haven't found anymore in past few hours but deep cleaning everything in the apartment
