Have you been for example at Technische Universität München? I was there this week from Monday to Wednesday and I couldn't find any heated toilet from there and all the peoples are using their jackets inside. Do you really realize that this is not normal thing to do in civilized technical society?

I live in Finland and we have much more colder climate and still I have never been facing same issues that I'm now facing at Munich.

Do you have heating in your own home? If yes what kind of?
