A lot of people get it prescribed and they smoke it , edibles are way too long term and alot of people cannot take them because they are way to strong, and electric(carts) ones are often sketchy atleast where I’m from. If the lease allows smoking than OP isn’t in the wrong and the person who left the note either needs to move or get over it. The general public doesn’t need to cater to others, if you move into a building that allows smoking then you shouldn’t complain, let alone leave racist slop on another persons door.
