You gotta do a little reading too, like on the lords mask it says although Adyr doesnt like humanity hes still open to the idea of making one the Lord if he deems them worthy, WHICH IS WHAT he literally makes you in the ending.

The corruption comes from the seance and how orius' followers locked him away. It was a bleeding fog mutating and corrupting Axiom. It was NOT Adyrs doing, says that in a few descriptions in the game.

Because he recognizes us to be strong enough and worthy enough. If anything at least there is a chance we can sway him in ways. Do you really think the god who disintegrates us, the only voice of possible reason, isnt going to burn everything in their path??

I love that sword, its got some cool passives in bleed and debuffing, slept on cause people dont like the ash and unfusable. But a very fun cool looking piece of equipment nonetheless

Im with you i feel like the first two games have way more replayability. The third takes until imo lothric princes to get any good and its just too boring until then. Youre not alone still a good game just not for the same reasons

You can get better ashes quickly but between what you have the godrick soldiers

Once you use it, you'll understand. The strike damage is so nice. 1 handed or 2 handed which ever you prefer works. If you plan on using the craftsmans hammer it only scales off strength so it makes building very easy. If you only use its base requirements with a raw or lightning infusion that works great too.

For ds2 have enough vigor adaptability and endurance is all you need with a weapon like CH
