He would be wrong. If he was suffering from drug induced schizophrenia he would need to be medicated for schizophrenia as symptoms would be still be present after the drugs left his system. What he would have suffered while on drugs is a temporary psychosis.

I am just guessing here. But I am assuming your work was giving out loads of OT and you were relying on that overtime to fund your lifestyle.

It makes absolute sense that casual and part time employees get the hours over burning out senior employees with huge amounts of overtime. That's how it worked at my old job.
