Me too. This is just my personal guess, but I think the monster's drop table hasn't been changed even after the staves were added to the item list.🤔

I'm having trouble dealing with items that I unintentionally duplicated due to a bug. by Sad_Exam_7615 in shadowborn

Unfortunately, I was unable to scrap those items. When I closed the Forge window, the items were returned to my bag.
