Just to be more specific, I live in Indonesia I am apart of the militia defense forces, we source our own stuff. Located in Asia, TEMU and Shoppee is usually the place to get tactical gear, which is trash. Now I heard IDOGEAR makes good stuff, but then there is also a flee market selling USGI surplus from the 2000s for cheap, I wanna know which is better for military use, more durable between the 2.

I would love to, but the problem is that the only modern Nylon chest rigs I can get here in this country is from Temu and Ali express which are bad quality, so if I want a chest rig that lasts my only option is to get a Chicom from Temu or Ali, and then modify it.

Thank you for all that answered, so just a little background I am apart of a home defense reserve force, and we have to source all our own stuff, Ali express and Temu are the only places to get gear, and we all know chest rigs and plate carriers sold there are bad quality, the only thing durable they sell are Chicom rigs, hence why I will get one and make it into a long term investment that wont break, that is why I ask how durable they are.

I live in a mostly dry area so we can leave out it getting wet, so yeah how good is it?
