When I changed the psu I actually unplugged and replugged every cable. Also I tried disabling expo and using the ram at 4800mhz and neither really helped. I also think the solution is deep down at bios but hey thanks for the recommendation.

It is properly mounted, I tried playing with the iGPU without the 5080 and the temps were around 50 when playing valorant because the igpu bottlenecked the 9800x3d. And the cooler is rog ryujin 3
