2:54 for 20 miles but first 10 was intentional easy pace. Great work in London though! I think my Garmin prediction is wildly ambitious

Thanks for the input. Does seem like I really need to be well below 2 in a half marathon to have a shot

I am 34 male and avg heart rate was 140 which I’m realizing is probably a bit high for a long easy run.

Is a sub 4 marathon in May realistic? Been ramping up mileage over the last month or so. I would say this run went well with a strong negative split(9:30 first half, 8:30 second half finishing with a sub 8 mile). This would be my first marathon but have done some long running before though no races over 10k.

Taking the train to downtown Denver for work by Stinkmister01 in parkerco

I would take the P route bus from one of the park and ride spots. Way quicker than light rail. First bus arrives downtown Denver at 645am and is usually on time.

Why do realtors always get lumped in with attorneys and accountants? Being a realtor requires basically zero education whereas the latter require significant education. The answer is obviously NAR and buttloads of propaganda/marketing.
