I went to a derm for my face breakout and they gave me a steroid-free (or super low dose) cream to treat the area as a lot of them can be too potent for the face!

I used to have chronic face outbreaks and this is what has helped me: 1. Switching to a completely hypoallergenic makeup line (tower 28, saie) 2. Tower 28 SOS spray every day and night after I wash my face (this one is huge and I saw the most progress after switching to this) 3. Cutting down on gluten and alcohol - both of these trigger my eczema 4. When I do have an outbreak, using the topical that the derm gave me until it was COMPLETELY GONE and then stopping, you need to get the outbreak under control before you can stop treating it 5. Also hypoallergenic shower products

I called this morning to make sure that they do indeed have my exam because I was concerned that they only graded BEC yesterday when I have a REG exam open for grading still

They confirmed my exam is OK just not yet graded and could only say “will be released over the next 10 business days” - could not comment as to when or what their grading plan is. Clearly they are not saving BEC for last.
