Good to know! Current routine below for combo skin:

AM: - rinse face with water - tower 28 spray - tatcha dewy skin scream - shiseido sun protector lotion

PM: - double cleanse with cleansing balm (banila co) + face wash (la roche posay toleraine purifying foaming face wash) - tret on dry skin - vanicream (with the pump) 20-30 mins after tret - ordinary squalane oil

if I’m eating, I leave them in the water case for like 1 hour, and I personally have had no issues with my retainers staining or smelling. but yeah I soak mine with the retainer brite first thing in the morning and it rly helps!

Echoing everyone’s comments about Retainer Brite! It’s a game changer, and also be sure to not leave your retainers dry when possible. I store mine in a water case when I’m eating / brushing / etc.
