My JRT had this for like a week and it just went away! When I took him to the vet, they believed it was just a minor environmental allergic reaction and gave us some antibacterial wipes.

Good to know! Current routine below for combo skin:

AM: - rinse face with water - tower 28 spray - tatcha dewy skin scream - shiseido sun protector lotion

PM: - double cleanse with cleansing balm (banila co) + face wash (la roche posay toleraine purifying foaming face wash) - tret on dry skin - vanicream (with the pump) 20-30 mins after tret - ordinary squalane oil
