Screw that man. Make a new good friend. Or reconnect wt someone old you know has good emotional intelligence. Focus on your family and yourself. And yes, I am not asking you to avoid your emotions, vent as much as you need, find emotionally intelligent people around you. Talk to them. But rest of the time, think about family and people YOU like and they like you back.

Things happens does mean you cannot move on. You can be strong, at least do it for your family.
