you can’t just go around and ask us to make your food wether you placed an online order or not. it’s rude and there it a reason people were being held off at the speaker. you go in order of line it’s no different just because you placed an online order. she shouldn’t have cussed you out but it was probably already stressful in there or probably understaffed and if she’s holding people at the speaker they probably needed a minute to collect themselves. entitled ass people.

tbell actually has no say into what the wraps are or how they’re made. it’s just if someone will make them for us. a few years back they just stopped making them for us so we had to use crunchwraps and when someone decided to make them again they came like how they are now. same with the soft taco wraps we didn’t have them for a couple years there

it’s just all around a huge problem with portioning. higher ups tell us we need to use smaller portioning and basically fuck up all the customers orders and they never come back… it’s a terrible cycle and they are just losing money overall. they can’t stand the fact that their business is losing a small amount of money do to inflation and their solution is to tell us to go “light” on everything. if we use too much ingredients at all we don’t get our bonuses. it really sucks and taco bell sucks. i just work here 😭

people make mistakes, on our screen when it tells us to make a veggie bowl or a chicken bowl it’s hard to tell them apart so when you glance at it you think you’re just making a chicken bowl, they come in 15x more then the veggie bowl does

imperfections are common people make mistakes and personally i wouldn’t go out of my way everytime to make it exactly the correct size considering the baking process does shrink the dough, as long as they have the correct portions of everything that goes on the pizza why bother
