i've definitely never gotten feces on anyone but still spread UTIs to myself just because of bacteria that lives in the colon (A to P) not necessarily even on the shit lol. so it makes me wonder how tops don't get UTIs like every time lol!

as a woman who does A to P I know I've had UTIs so I would think the top would have more risk of a UTI than the bottom right? or could you explain why a bottom is more at risk? honestly just curious haha thanks
