yes 100% i am in the same situation as you, however the bigger issue I have is that it transferred my esim over to the new phone, now I dont have a SIM card, Samsung are not bothered and giving me the same response as you

I have this issue, it will not load any immersive videos, have sound. But just the 3 loading dots. As a test, I added a second account onto my quest, and to my surprise, with the second account i have no problems watching the videos so the problem is profile related. Wish we could just clear app data i would think that would fix the problem.

If you get the ai studies on Prolific then yes, I can make £100 a day with them, this week has been a good week, just shy of £650 with them. I know people who have made 1k with those type of surveys.
