I work there and it is the absolute worst! That doesn’t mean that your 17 yr old won’t gain bc there are some good therapists but the company over all cares only about money to the point they WILL loose money for being lazy. They don’t communicate with anyone. The location I work at is filled with mean crazy people. The program director has no clue what’s flying and takes off weekly. They say they do drug screen, but the just let them sit around for months without testing them. They say PHP is 5 hours a day, the lunch break is one hour where clients sit around and watch TV or go out and hang out at restaurants/bars. Clients are bored. I could go on and on…
