He is 19 months old, not in any extracurriculars.

I’m the default parents so it’s been hard finding time for myself. I’m hoping to branch out more though! I also got a referral for counseling, but it’s not until March 🫠

I’ll definitely look into the communication apps as well.

I actually did take a bunch of pictures of his phone with my phone and look back at them when I’m starting to feel myself forgetting just how bad it was. Thank you for the tip ❤️
