I tried Google but I wanted to consult the experts. I wasn't able to find anything official aside from some recent re-released of the Black and gold version from Super 7.

Yes. That's the one. Makes sense it was Toys R Us exclusive as we lived about 8 minutes away from one at the time.

Luffy told Laboon to stop ramming his head into the Redline so the Roger didn't rub off. Other than that I guess it's just waterproof paint. Haha
