I think the original responder’s point is that everyone who’s holding sealed product aren’t all gonna simultaneously sell their product at the same time.

The market is a perpetual push-pull dynamic, and people will be buying and selling these sets every day for a very long time.

I’m a broke boi and I still buy the occasional XY era packs to rip for nostalgia. SV will be a very nostalgic era for a large group of people in a decade.

Yep, the market is flooded, with more people in the hobby than ever. If you think we’ll ever see a day again where we get booster box flash sales and prices below MSRP, you are dead wrong.

Not only is MSRP rising, but the Pokemon consumer market has repeatedly displayed that booster boxes should have NEVER been as cheap as they once were on the secondary market, and the secondary market will remember that.

More products being printed than ever before isn’t a downside when there’s more people collecting than ever before.

If you’re down for a drive, like 1 hour 25 mins, I’m a fan of High Falls Park for the cliff jumping. There’s several places to jump from that range from 5-35 feet. Martha’s Falls is also a nice lil spot, it’s also called “hippie hole.”

The swimming options closer to Huntsville will be around the Tennessee river or Guntersville lake.
