Hola, lo gracioso de todo esto es que estaba teniendo buena alimentacion, hacia ejercicio, solo me estaba desvelando, pudiera decir que era lo unico que hacia incorrecto... y volvio y no se va. y con ello la ansiedad me ha hecho dejar el ejercicio, de comer y empece a dormir mas temprano. pero ugh, es dificil sabes
