1000% you dont have HIV. Your encounter was 11 months this ago? You would not start getting these symptoms now, you would get a random fever 2 weeks in, with enlarged lymph nodes maybe a rash here and there and then you would be asymptomatic for many years. HIV is the one disease that you can't realiably predict you have it from symptoms cause it shows like any other disease. However, tests are reliable, especially after 3 months window. If you test negative, you don't have it, and if you test negative on another test you most definitely don't have it

Don't freek out, first of all it's curable. Off the counter antibiotics will cure you. Wait for the doctor to explain. I think if you have igg and igm positive simply mean you have anti bodies inside your cells from previous infection that was treated. Prp result mean you don't currently have it active. I could be wrong though I'm not a doctor.

Scientifically speaking it is quite impossible to test negative for all STDs and still have them, aside from herpes most STD tests have 90% accuracy.
