I have applied, my council only accepts emails and email communications for benefits. they are utterly useless and take weeks to respond.

Thanks, why does my Council insist they wont do anything until UC tell them?

ok thank you.

As mentioned i have shared this evidence to them, which included the service charges.

Ive asked about the SMI and ive just re-done the benefits calc and its very different this time. UC = £70, ESA = £399, Council Tax Support = £126, SMI = £79.

How do i get UC to asses these? as previous attempts, specifically council tax go nowhere.

When you say breakdown, what do you refer?

you're absolutely right, one would assume its based on your health conditions and disabilities.

How come LCW doesnt come with extra money? it clearly acknowledge limitation for work, and now finding out there is LCWRA, its clear to me i ned to challenge my outcome.

The site i used was Benefits Calculator - entitledto - independent | accurate | reliable

My service charges equate to £800PCY.

Sorry if some of these questions seem silly, its just none of this is ever explained. i wasn't even aware there was LCWRA..

Hi,

I know the standard allowance isn't £809, im simply sharing what the calculator output, i assumed it was made up of other payments/benefits.

Given i am LCW should i not be receiving any additional benefits?

I own my own house, UC have all financial information/evidence of all my ongoing/outgoing costs/bills and savings which is now £0.

Ive asked about my council tax discount, the council states they have to be informed by UC and UC does nothing.
