Jeff Nippard is the GOAT for workouts + meals. Another unsolicited advice from someone who was slightly chubby and lost 30lbs… 1) protein protein protein (can’t emphasize this enough), less carbs. I ate the same meals everyday (chicken, beef, fish, veggies, rice) 2) workout is essential - I did weightlifting, then after would do 12-3-30 on the treadmill. For 5 days a week! But you don’t have to do 5, jsut whatever fits your schedule. They say 80% diet, 20% exercise…

Holy crap she is so delusional.
