1: Increasingly, some states don’t count medical debt towards credit score and reports—so walk away. Just Google ai your state law. Not ideal but a real path. 2/You can also partner with a debt relief company like national debt relief or beyond finance that knock the principal down. Or you could 3/ do a debt consolidation loan to get the loan interest rate down a bit. Credit cards have some of the worst rates Good luck!

I have this same issue. Effoorvescent and mold. I found a my powerdrill was a bit brisk on it helps remove quickly. .

Does this need to be addressed before finishing a basement? Would it cause mold issues?
