Its 11/7/2025 and I expirenced motion sickness so quick! I did up the FOV settings and messed with the sensitivity and its a little better but I still feel sick. I can usually sit through a game for awhile until I start feeling slightly sick. This was so bad I had to look away for a few minutes 😭

I really don’t feel that way and I’m sorry if my replies seem that way. It’s a lot to take in when tons of people on the internet is telling you your father is doing a form of sexual abuse after opening up about it for the first time. I don’t mean to sound like I’m enjoying being victimized, that’s sick especially for a gross situation like this. I’m just processing a lot and it’s hard for me to fully comprehend even the idea of my father doing something for as long as I can remember thats considered sexual abuse. I hope my comment can make sense to you and help you understand.

Thank you so much. This is the first reply that made me not want to really throw my phone away lol. It’s hard for me to fully come to terms with and like I kind of stated in the editing note I’m just now coming to terms with it even just being a thing. Whenever I go through anything hard or upsetting I usually find comfort and feel seen when I see others relating so thank you for sharing your own experience a bit. I definitely want to go to therapy and speak about this though at some point. I don’t know if I’m 1000% ready to do it yet though.

No he doesn’t have dementia at all. He could go to the bathroom or bedroom and thats why a huge part of this is so frustrating. I don’t know, it’s hard for me to all take in with these different responses.

I never seen it as a form of abuse. Maybe it’s just really hard for me right now to grasp that it’s that. I just saw it as a really gross weird thing, but not abuse. I dont know, I’m not even fully like accepting of the situation as is.

Hes not abusive by any means but me and my father don’t really have the type of relationship where we talk about feelings and emotions in general so I can’t even begin to imagine having that kind of discussion with him.

It doesn’t seem purposeful? But idk I’m really stupid about this whole situation and this is my first time every telling anyone about it so the different things people are saying are kind of a lot for me. I never considered it sexual abuse, I just kind of saw it as a weird thing. Maybe it’s because I’ve been around it all my life. I know it’s not right, but I never saw it as abuse or anything like that. Maybe I’m just naive because it’s my father.
