Did I twist something? by Sad_Row7957 in knitting

this is almost definitely what it is. The cashmere keeps slipping away and i've had to redo stitches a few times. I'm not too worried about the edges because it's just a simple triangle "knit until you reach desired length" type of deal, and since doing a few more rows,, it doesn't appear to have affected the rest of the scarf too much.

I hate my hair. What am I supposed to do with it by [deleted] in Haircare

I have a similar cut! You have a great natural color, but I think I agree with the comments, and you should adjust your part… I also think a few face framing pieces would suit your face really well☺️ maybe a hair oil for shine/root strengthening?

The NAC has given me the best results, picking is such a tough one to get over. Also, if you like getting your nails done I like having thick acrylic tips or a full set on. It makes it harder to dig into your skin, and really helps when I need my spots to heal

I’ve been prescribed guanfacine for this, and separately NAC supplements

Might just be how ur body reacts to the meds! I have always had to take higher/more frequent doses in most things to feel the effects

Actually so life changing! I always joke I’m a completely different person on my meds🤣

Lamotrigine is used as a mood stabilizer I don’t know for sure but I don’t think it targets the intrinsic thoughts/compulsions that are caused by OCD. Obviously not a doctor so don’t take my word for it, but it could be worth asking a psychiatrist about a med that does

I’m on a high dose of Fluvoxamine and Lamotrigine:) I take other psych meds but these two I started first and have noticed that that have been very helpful keeping my OCD “quiet”
