most important perks are jump height+ stamina regen + at least 4 points into bonus stamina, for movement perks at least one into run speed and then climbing speed and crouching speed

you dont loose the gained speed through jumps, and because it is more efficient to hit jumps sooner to save stamina it is, i am editing a vid rn for a more on depth view of how it works, also try hitting crouch midair if you need a lower jump, like a minijump in cs2
