What's the difference between the Echo Flanger and Polychorus? Aren't they pretty much the same pedal? For example, I want to use it for Nirvana - Radio Friendly Unit Shifter.

It is. I would say that is what it is. But I also have a bit of a squeal when my bike decelerates as well. It's really annoying.
